WordPress Plugin “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page” error message

I upgraded this blogs wordpress to wordpress 3.0 version and then installed the embeded article plugin. I successfully activated it and then got the publisher ID from the plugin developers website and then tried to access the plugins option page in the settings section in my wordpress dashboard but it gives the “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” error page. I thought it was because I was logged in not using the admin name but another user name that had the administrator access rights. So thinking that that was the reason I logoffed and logged on using admin username, uninstalled the plugin and reinstalling it. Now it should work… No way still gives that same error.

“You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

I checked and saw and reinstalled and checked several times infact but still the same message is coming. Don’t know what is wrong.. I’m going google hunting. That plugin is too important to not have even for a day. There are content plagiarist by hordes out there.. I don’t want to loose my content to them.

What’s wrong here?
